These Terms govern your use of ZAZE, operated by AXPIR Tech India LLP (1st Floor, CC 54, 2593-5, Door No G-307, Bose Nagar Road, Elamkulam, Kochi, Ernakulam, Kerala — 682020, India). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who can use ZAZE
Accounts are for parents, teachers, schools and administrators. Child profiles are created and supervised by an adult account holder.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping login credentials safe and for activity on your account, including child profiles you manage.
3. Acceptable use
- No uploading content that is illegal, harmful to children, or violates others' rights.
- No attempting to break, scrape or overload the Service.
- No reselling ZAZE without a written agreement.
4. Content
You keep ownership of content you upload (scans, notes, evidence). You grant us a limited licence to store and process it so we can provide the Service.
5. Paid features
Some features may require a subscription or one-time purchase. Pricing, taxes and billing cycle are shown before checkout. See our Refund Policy.
6. Service changes
We improve ZAZE continuously and may add, change or remove features. We give reasonable notice for material changes.
7. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
8. Disclaimers
ZAZE is provided "as is". Educational content is a supplement to, not a replacement for, formal schooling and adult supervision.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kochi, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection rules.
